Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order.

Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $150 USD.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or local import taxes depending on your destination.

Any applicable customs or import charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.

If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible.

Delivery Issues

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
