Refund & Returns Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped. Cancellations are issued as store credit only, as payment processing fees are non-refundable by our payment provider.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Eligibility
Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Item must have original tags attached
- Item must be returned in original packaging
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked as final sale
Size & Fit Issues
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing preferences or fit issues. Each product page includes a detailed size guide — please refer to it carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the sizing information provided.
Returns and exchanges are only approved in the following cases:
- Receiving the wrong item or color
- Manufacturing defects or damaged products
- Incorrect orders shipped from our side
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for the cases listed above. Size-based exchange requests will not be approved. If you believe your item qualifies, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
- Approved returns are refunded as store credit only, valid for 2 years from the date of issue
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds to the original payment method are not available
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the email below, and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will resolve this with a replacement or full store credit.
Order Cancellations After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
